SuperJump is one of the most notable of my designs. It came a little under a year into my Splatoon Tournament Design career and it remains one of my favourite designs.
Initially, we created the concept of having a game to play on twitch to give something to do during breaks. It was because of this, I went down the arcade route for SuperJump. The background design took inspiration from arcade carpets that commonly display random marks and scribbles. I turned these into icons of things found within Splatoon.
